Privacy Policy for Neko Driver 2048 Puzzle

Last updated: 27 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Fenerich Soft ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game Neko Driver 2048 Puzzle (the "Game"), Android package com.marcelfenerich.dropmerge2048, distributed through Google Play.

1. Summary

2. Information collected

2.1 Information you provide

None directly to us. If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games, Google authenticates you and shares with the Game your Play Games player identifier, so that your run scores and achievement unlocks can be submitted to your Play Games profile. We do not receive your name, email address, or phone number, and this sign-in is entirely optional — the Game is fully playable without it.

That same player identifier is also sent to Google Analytics for Firebase as the analytics user identifier (see 2.4). This is what allows the Game's statistics to recognise a returning player rather than counting the same person again after a reinstall. It is a pseudonymous identifier issued by Google for this game; it is not your name or email address.

2.2 Information stored locally on your device

Game state — such as best score, coin balance, owned power-ups, saved run, and the identifiers of completed in-app purchases (used to prevent duplicate fulfilment) — is saved in local device storage. This data is not transmitted to us and is removed when you uninstall the Game or clear its data.

2.3 Advertising

The Game uses the Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) advertising-mediation SDK together with the Unity Ads SDK to show rewarded video advertising. The only advertising placement in the Game is optional and player-initiated: when a run ends, you may be offered the chance to continue that run by watching an ad, up to twice per run. Declining costs you nothing but the run, and there is no advertising anywhere else in the Game.

These SDKs are initialised when the Game starts, not only when an ad is shown, and from that point they and the advertising networks they mediate may collect and share with third parties: device and advertising identifiers (including the Google Advertising ID); technical device data such as device model, operating-system version, language and network type; coarse location inferred from your IP address; and ad interaction data such as ads served, viewed, completed and clicked. The networks mediated by LevelPlay may act as independent controllers of the data they collect, and the set of active networks may change over time.

Advertising in the Game is non-personalised. Before the advertising SDK is initialised, the Game signals to it that consent for personalised advertising has not been given, and that signal is passed on to the mediated networks. You can additionally reset or delete your Google Advertising ID at any time — see Section 6.

2.4 Analytics

The Game uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the Game is played. Data is processed by Google on our behalf and is not sold or shared with advertising partners. It collects:

We use this only in aggregate, to see which features are used and whether players return.

2.5 In-app purchases

Purchases themselves are processed by Google Play Billing. We never receive or store your payment card or billing details.

The Game uses the Unity In-App Purchasing SDK to talk to Google Play Billing, and that SDK sends its own data to Unity Technologies — separately from the analytics described above, and for Unity's own purposes including receipt validation and fraud prevention. According to Unity, it is transmitted when a purchase is started, when payment options are shown, and when a purchase is paid, fails, or is completed, and includes:

Unity does not offer a mechanism for players to request deletion of this data. See Delete Account & Data for what that means in practice.

3. How information is used

PurposeData used
Provide core game functionality and save progressLocal device storage only
Optional leaderboard and achievementsGoogle Play Games player identifier, run scores, achievement unlocks — sent to and stored by Google Play Games, not by us
Understand how the Game is played and whether players returnApp-instance identifier, Google Advertising ID, Play Games player identifier when signed in, gameplay events, device and coarse region data (via Google Analytics for Firebase)
Display and measure rewarded advertising you choose to watchGoogle Advertising ID, device and network data, coarse location from IP address, and ad interaction data (served, viewed, completed, clicked) — processed by Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) and the networks it mediates. Non-personalised only (see 2.3)
Process in-app purchasesPayment handled by Google Play Billing; we receive only an anonymous transaction confirmation. The Unity IAP SDK additionally sends transaction, identifier and device data to Unity for receipt validation and fraud prevention (see 2.5)

4. Third-party services

The following third parties may process data through the Game. Please review their privacy policies:

Advertising networks mediated by Unity LevelPlay may act as independent controllers of the data they collect. The set of active networks may change over time.

5. Legal bases (EEA / UK)

Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the Game); and our legitimate interests in understanding how the Game is used, keeping it working, and improving it (analytics, in aggregate).

The Game does not serve personalised advertising, and it shows no in-game consent prompt. Instead, on every launch and before the advertising SDK is initialised, the Game signals to that SDK that consent for personalisation has not been given, so the mediated networks are instructed to serve non-personalised advertising only. If personalised advertising is introduced, a consent prompt will be added and consent collected before any such processing begins.

6. Your choices and rights

To exercise any right, contact us at the address in Section 10. We hold no account or contact details for you, so please tell us whether you were signed in to Play Games — that is the only identifier by which analytics data can be located. We may also need to direct certain requests to the relevant third party.

7. Data retention

We operate no servers of our own and retain no personal data on them. Local game data persists on your device until you clear it or uninstall. Analytics data is held by Google Analytics for Firebase and retained for the period configured on our Analytics property, after which Google deletes the underlying user-level records; aggregated reporting may persist beyond that. Purchase data sent to Unity is retained by Unity under its own policy, and we have no control over that period. Data held by other third-party SDKs is retained according to their own policies.

8. Children

The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

9. International transfers

Third-party providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
