Delete Account & Data — Neko Driver 2048 Puzzle

Neko Driver 2048 Puzzle (developer: Fenerich Soft, Android package com.marcelfenerich.dropmerge2048) creates no account of its own. The optional sign-in in the Game is a Google Play Games profile, created and controlled by Google under your Google Account, not by us. Your leaderboard scores and achievement unlocks for this game are stored as part of that Play Games profile.

How to delete your Play Games data

1. Open the Google Play Games app on your Android device.
2. Tap your profile picture in the top-right corner.
3. Tap the settings (gear) icon → Play Games profile.
4. Tap Delete Play Games profile and follow the on-screen steps.

This removes your Play Games identity, achievements, and leaderboard scores — for Neko Driver 2048 Puzzle and any other game using the same profile. It is managed entirely by Google; we do not receive or process the deletion request ourselves.

You can also review or delete data associated with your wider Google Account at myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy.

What we ourselves store

Neko Driver 2048 Puzzle keeps no account data on any server we control. Your local game progress — best score, coin balance, owned power-ups, and saved run — lives only on your device. Delete it any time via Android Settings → Apps → Neko Driver 2048 Puzzle → Storage → Clear data, or by uninstalling the app.

Analytics data

The Game sends gameplay statistics to Google Analytics for Firebase. How that data can be deleted depends on whether you were signed in:

• Not signed in to Play Games. The data is tied to an app-instance identifier generated on your device. Clearing the Game's data or uninstalling resets that identifier, and there is no way for us — or for you — to look up the earlier records, because nothing links them to you.
• Signed in to Play Games. Your Play Games player identifier is also used as the analytics identifier, so the data can be located and deleted on request. Email us at the address below and we will submit a deletion request to Google for that identifier. Deleting your Play Games profile using the steps above also breaks the link for the future.

Analytics data is in any case deleted automatically by Google once our configured retention period expires.

Purchase data held by Unity

We want to be straightforward about the limit of what we can do. The Game uses the Unity In-App Purchasing SDK to reach Google Play Billing, and that SDK sends transaction, identifier and device data to Unity Technologies for receipt validation and fraud prevention. Unity does not provide a mechanism for players to request deletion of that data, and we cannot delete it on your behalf.

So, concretely, if you ask us to delete your data:

• We can delete the analytics records in our own Google Analytics property, where you were signed in to Play Games.
• You can remove at the source your Play Games identity, achievements and leaderboard scores, using the steps at the top of this page.
• Neither of us can delete the purchase data Unity holds. It is retained under Unity's own policy. If you have made no in-app purchase, no such data exists for you.
